Family Club
Every Wednesday afternoon between 1.30 and 3.00 the church and hall are open for those who have babies and young children to come along for help and advice in a welcoming and friendly environment. Parents can have their babies weighed and there is always a Health Visitor and other healthcare and Sure Start workers in attendance to answer any questions. A number of church volunteers are also present. There are plenty of toys and organised activities for the children to enjoy and they are also provided with a healthy snack. For those who have just become parents for the first time this is a very useful opportunity for them to meet up with other parents and hopefully make some new friends.
